Poseidon is knitted top-down: we start by knitting the 2 false button plackets around which we pick up stitches to knit the beginning of the back, then the beginning of the front before also picking up stitches at the armholes to knit the body and sleeves in one piece, in the round. Once the yoke is finished, we knit the body and sleeves separately.
