The customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale before placing the order. Placing an order signifies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which are accessible at any time on the site and in particular when validating the order.
Natissea reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to purchases previously made by the customer.

Features of Items

The products presented on the site and offered for sale are accompanied by a description and one or more photos. Natissea takes the greatest care in the design, selection and production of its products, however, it is possible that errors may appear. Also, from one screen to another, the colors can vary, and therefore it is always possible to notice a difference between the color of the photo and that of the product.
By accepting these general conditions of sale, the customer acknowledges having read all the information and detailed descriptions on the site concerning the products.
In the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal, or request an exchange or reimbursement of the price of the product invoiced (see the paragraph "Withdrawal" below). ).

Prices

All prices listed on the site are in euros and excluding VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the general tax code under the Auto-Entrepreneur regime): no tax is added. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price. Natissea reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Payment

Payments are made by credit card via Paypal, directly with a Paypal account if the buyer has one or by bank transfer.
The buyer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use a paypal account and that these give access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs associated with placing an order with Natissea.

Delivery

Natissea undertakes to send its customer the products ordered in stock on the site to the delivery address within 48 to 72 working hours, subject to availability and except in cases of force majeure, upon receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include transport, packaging and preparation. Delivery is made by La Poste, Colissimo and via various carriers offered on the basket page. The amount of the costs is calculated according to the weight of the parcel and is also displayed in the basket page. Delivery times may vary: as an indication, it takes between 2 days for mainland France and up to 1 month for certain countries depending on the carriers.
For any order over 2kg, or to take out additional shipping insurance (mail tracking, delivery against signature, etc.), the customer must first contact us for an estimate.
The customer agrees to receive his order in recycled packaging.
If the package arrives in poor condition and the products are damaged, the customer must refuse the package, indicating on the delivery slip the words “parcel refused because damaged”. If the parcel shows obvious traces of opening, shocks, and one or more articles are missing, the customer can also refuse it and make a report of spoliation with the Post Office, which he must return to us so that we refund or exchange.
If these procedures are not respected, Natissea disclaims all liability for possible refunds of products and transport.

Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 clear days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. All returns must be notified in advance to Natissea by email.
The customer can then return the items in their original packaging at his own expense, by post via colissimo, and choose between reimbursement of the purchase by check in euros (excluding delivery costs) or exchange with another item. of the shop. The exchange or refund of the items in his order will only be made after verification of the quantity and quality of the items that have been returned, at the latest within 30 days following the date of withdrawal. The items must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness.
This right of withdrawal is therefore exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs and new delivery costs.

Protection of personal data

In accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access and rectification of the data concerning him. These data collected for the processing and routing of orders, the establishment of invoices and commercial relations, are strictly confidential and will in no case be disclosed to a third party.

Disputes

These conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute between the company and the buyer will be submitted to the competent court.
