The method involves first knitting the cable panel flat, then joining it to form a circle. Next, pick up the stitches along the top edge and gradually decrease them to create the collar. Then pick up the stitches along the bottom edge of the panel to continue the yoke with a lace stitch, at this point gradually increasing the yoke up to the sleeves. This way, there will be no seams.
