This Natissea site (https://natissea.com) is Mathilde Naisse's online store, presenting and selling hand-colored hemp knitting yarns made in France.

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company hereinafter referred to as "Natissea" and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" who places an order on the website natissea.com.
The customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale before placing the order. Placing an order signifies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which are accessible at any time on the website, particularly when confirming the order.
Natissea reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not be applicable to purchases previously made by the customer.

Features of the Articles

The products presented on the site and offered for sale are accompanied by a description and one or more photos. Natissea takes the greatest care in the design, selection, and production of its products; however, errors may occur. Also, from one screen to another, colors may vary, and therefore it is always possible to notice a difference between the color in the photo and that of the product.
By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the customer acknowledges having read all the information and detailed descriptions on the site concerning the products.
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product with its description on the site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal, or request the exchange or reimbursement of the price of the invoiced product (see the paragraph "Withdrawal" below).

Prices

All prices listed on the website are in euros and exclude VAT (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code – Self-Employed Persons scheme): no tax is added. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price. Natissea reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Payment

Payments are made by credit card via Paypal, directly with a Paypal account if the buyer has one, or by bank transfer.
The buyer guarantees that he/she is fully authorized to use a PayPal account and that these provide access to sufficient funds to cover all costs associated with placing an order with Natissea.

Delivery

Natissea undertakes to ship to its customer the products ordered in stock on the site to the delivery address within 48 to 72 working hours, subject to availability and except in cases of force majeure, upon receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include transport, packaging, and preparation. Delivery is made by La Poste, Colissimo, and various carriers listed on the shopping cart page. The shipping cost is calculated based on the package's weight and is also displayed on the shopping cart page. Delivery times may vary: as a guide, allow between 2 days for mainland France and up to 1 month for certain countries, depending on the carrier.
For any order over 2kg, or to subscribe to additional shipping insurance (mail tracking, delivery against signature, etc.), the customer must first contact us for a quote.
The customer agrees to receive their order in recycled packaging.
If the package arrives in poor condition and the products are damaged, the customer must refuse the package by indicating on the delivery slip the words "package refused because damaged". If the package shows obvious signs of opening, impacts, and one or more items are missing, the customer can also refuse it and file a report of theft with the Post Office, which must be returned to us so that we can proceed with a refund or exchange.
If these procedures are not followed, Natissea disclaims all liability for any product and transport refunds.

Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 clear days to return, at their own expense, any products that do not suit them. This period begins on the day the consumer's order is delivered. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. All returns must be notified to Natissea in advance by email.
The customer can then return the items at their own expense in their original packaging, by post via Colissimo, and choose between a refund of the purchase by check in euros (excluding delivery costs) or an exchange with another item from the store. The exchange or refund of the items in their order will only be made after verification of the quantity and quality of the items returned, at the latest within 30 days following the date of withdrawal. The items must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and be in a perfectly clean condition.
This right of withdrawal is therefore exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs and new delivery costs.

Protection of personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify their personal data. This data, collected for the processing and delivery of orders, the preparation of invoices, and commercial relations, is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

Disputes

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute between the company and the buyer will be submitted to the competent court. However, in the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the Internet user and Natissea undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action (it's more pleasant).
