The pretty Beliche top will be perfect for summer! It is knitted in the round, from the bottom up with a chevron pattern all along the body. The model is fully customizable with versions without or with sleeves, solid or two-tone and ribbed or scalloped edges! It is knitted in Linaé 95% French linen 5% cotton or in Pernelle 100% hemp. The recommended ease is approximately -5 to +5 cm, it is presented here in size 3 with 4cm of negative ease. The C1 corresponds to the vermilion color and the C2 to the peach color in the photo. The body is knitted in the round up to the armholes, then each part (back and front) is knitted separately back and forth. They are then connected by the straps using grafting. The armhole and neckline edges are turned up and then worked in icord. The sleeves are turned up and then knitted in the round with shortened rows.

Material :

Circular needles 2.75mm (ribbing), 3mm (icord) and 3.5mm (straps and bodies)
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge
80cm cable + cable for putting the stitches on hold
1 wool needle and marker rings

Sample :

With 3.5mm needles, 25 stitches and 28 rows = 10cm in herringbone stitch
A pattern measures 4cm
